This position reports to: Service Manager.

Your role and responsibilities

As an Order Management Specialist in the Process Industry, you will primarily work with order management and invoicing of field service orders, service agreements, and projects. The field service orders are both time and materials and fixed price.

You will belong to a Business Support team located throughout Sweden. The role involves close collaboration with the automation manager, planners, service engineers, and contract managers. You report to the administrative manager.

This position is suitable for you who want to work in a company where the focus is on both technology and people.

Your main responsibilities

• Order registration
• Create purchase requisitions
• Order inventory reviews
• Compilation of invoicing documentation, time, and materials
• Invoicing of orders and service agreements
• Execution of accounting tasks
• Credit invoices
• Follow-up on accounts receivable
• Handling of supplier invoices

Your background

• Minimum high school education with a focus on economics or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English as we are a global company.
• Social personality with self-drive and a desire to develop
• Good at working both in teams and independently
• Take own initiatives
• Flexible and have good collaboration skills
• A sense of order and tidiness
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
